The new Infiniti Q30 concept had its world debut today at the Frankfurt International auto Show (2013). Infiniti says about the Q30 that it's not a coupe, a hatchback or a crossover. They also mention that it’s aimed at the younger generation. To accomplish this, the Infiniti Q30 comes with a dynamic, futuristic design that hopes to be appealing for more urban-oriented customers. So far, Infiniti did not disclose a lot of technical details regarding the Q30. Apparently, Infiniti’s designers wanted the Q30 to combine the Italian coachwork with the Japanese brushstroke. At the interior, the Infiniti Q30 comes with a premium feel that aim to make you feel warm and emotionally engaged. To build the interior of the Q30, Infiniti used ceramic, leather and various metals.

For starters, the speaker housings integrated in the upper front seatbacks, are made of ceramic. The center console, door panels, seats, vent bezels and controls are covered in various metals with matte and gloss finishes. The exterior of the Infiniti Q30 shows various carbon trim parts inspired by the Red Bull Racing RB9 Formula One racecar. The Q30 sits on 20-inch alloys.
