The Lancia Thema was recently revealed by the Italian brand, and is expected to go on sale in the following months. The first images of its interior have been kept secret up until today. This is the first time we get the chance to see Lancia Thema's interior, which promises high quality materials and exquisite design. The Lancia Thema is actually based on the 2011 Chrysler 300, that is re-branded for the European market.
The EU version of the Lancia Thema will be put on sale with a choice between a 292 HP 3.6L V6 petrol engine, mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox, or two diesel engines. Lancia's diesel engines for the Thema will be based on a 3.0-liter V6 with either 190 hp or 224 hp.
Both diesels will be sold in combination with a 5-speed automatic transmission.
To get back to Lancia Thema's interior, we have to say that, judging from the images, it looks very high end. It has everything from a perforated leather upholstery, to wood inserts on the dashboard and center console, and discreet chromed accents.
