Lucra, a California-based sports car manufacturer, released recently the first images of their new project. In case you haven't heard about Lucra before, we have to tell you that they built one of the cars used in the Fast & Furious 6 movie. Ludacris a.k.a. Tej, drove Lucra's Jaguar-looking roadster in the sixth installment of the Fast & Furious francize. Judging from the images, Lucra's new sports car is going to come with a massive exhaust system, with no less than eight pipes, four on each side of the car. Apparently, the engine goes in the front of the car, so we can't actually call it a super car. Let's hope the traction will come from the rear wheels. Judging from the positioning of the exhaust in relation to the engine, we assume that Lucra's new baby is going to make quite some noise.
Our sources say that Lucra is going to power the new sports car with a 6.2-liter LS3 V8 engine or a 7.0-liter LS7 V8 unit. They also plan to make the new sports car available with AMG's iconic 6.2-liter V8 engine. And if that's not enough for you, they also through in a Weistec supercharger with the AMG engine.
We'll have more details about the new sports car, codenamed 2.2, as soon as Lucra makes them available.
