MINI Vision Concept

MINI revealed today the new Vision Concept, which previews the design of the future Mini Cooper. The MINI Vision Concept does not show any major exterior design changes, but the interior tells a different story. Mini's Vision concept comes with the Driving Experience Control system, which enables you to change the whole atmosphere of the car by changes the colors. Mini equips the Vision Concept with elliptical full-LED headlights with outer rims that are actually LED DRLs, intakes and vents for cooling the front brakes, airflow-optimized side mirrors, and an aerodynamically functional rear roof spoiler. The interior of the MINI Vision features a floating center console, and a lot of other design details you can clearly see from the images.

What we're really interested in is the co-called Driving Experience Control switch. Apparently, this switch enables the driver to choose between a "full-focused on driving" mode, or an interconnected mode. Apparently, this switch can do a lot of tricks with the color of the interior light too. This switch can also change the appearance of the trademark circular central display. It can put it in classic, analogue, or 3D mode.

We'll have more details about the MINI Vision Concept as soon as they're available.
