Mini Cooper launched at this year's Shanghai auto show a special edition model called the MINI INSPIRED BY GOODWOOD. With the Goodwood special edition, Mini Cooper is aiming to offer the highest exclusivity in the small car segment, by using top-grade materials, style and the highest level of workmanship. The Mini Cooper Goodwood was developed in collaboration with BMW's other brand, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, which was responsible for designing the car in its unmistakable British luxury style.

Most of the interior of the Mini Cooper Goodwood comes in the exclusive Cornsilk color, usually used only for Rolls-Royce models. The dashboard, the center console, carpet surfaces, the Lounge leather seats, the roof lining and other interior

trim parts of the Mini Goodwood comes in this color. Wood, black nappa leather, Tipped Leather Cornsilk door linings and Piano Black surfaces are also found in the new Mini Goodwood.

For the roof linings, sun visors and rear storage tray of the Mini Cooper Goodwood, Rolls-Royce used real Cashmere.

BMW believes the most striking feature of the Mini Cooper Goodwood are the Diamond Black metallic,

17-inch light alloy wheels.

The Mini Goodwood is powered by the l.6-litre four-cylinder engine that comes equipped with Twin Scroll turbocharger, direct petrol injection and variable valve control. It outputs 135 kW/184 bhp.
