The German Audi specialists from MTM (Motoren Technik Mayer) revealed recently their aftermarket program for the 2012 S8. The tuners from MTM are not very interested in how the 2012 Audi S8 looks like, but they are obsessively interested in the way it drives. MTM's S8 (2012) is powered by the factory 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, but it has a horsepower output of 650 hp (478 kW) at 5,950 rpm and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque between 1,700 rpm and 5,500 rpm. This is 130 HP (110 kW) and 150 Nm (110 lb-ft) of torque more than the standard 2012 Audi S8. According to MTM, their Audi S8 (2012) is able to accelerate from nought to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.0 seconds. It can reach an electronically limited top speed of 293 km/h. MTM prices their new power kit for the 2012 Audi S8 at €4,925 EUR.

Apart from the engine upgrades, MTM is offering various other parts for the 2012 S8 too. these include a new 5,800 Euro set of wheels, an F-Cantronic air suspension (1,750 euro), high-performance brakes with 405 X 38 mm discs (6,700 Euro) and a customized stainless steel exhaust system (4,500 Euro).

The MTM Audi S8 (2012) is going to set you back 155,000 Euro.
