The Formula One world gets hit after hit as a new conflict appears to be emerging. McLaren, after being kicked out of the 2007 constructors' championship and fined for spying on Ferrari, takes Renault to the court with the same kind of allegations.
The Vodafone McLaren Mercedes team considers that Renault has in its possession unauthorized documents containing confidential information about McLaren F1 cars' layout and critical dimensions, details of the fuelling system, gear assembly, oil cooling system, hydraulic control system and a new suspension component used by the 2006 and 2007 McLaren F1 cars.
