2016 McLaren 650S GT3 Revealed

The British carmaker revealed recently the new 2016 McLaren 650S GT3. The world debut of the new version of the race car is going to take place next month at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. The racing debut of the new 2016 McLaren 650S GT3 has not been announced yet. However, the car manufacturer announced that their racing team is going to include 24-year-old Come Ledogar. Currently, the McLaren GT's line-up of drivers includes Alvaro Parente and Rob Bell.

As you can imagine, the technical specifications of the 2016 McLaren 650S GT3 are a closely guarded secret. In comparison to the previous version, the 2016 McLaren 650S GT3 has received a few aerodynamic enhancements.

These include new front side fins, a new hood, new rear fenders, a modified diffuser and a few others. Under the bonnet, the 2016 McLaren 650S GT3 continues to have the 3.8-liter V8 engine, which is mated to a six-speed sequential transmission. To comply with the FIA regulations, the race car puts out around 500 hp and it weighs around 1,240 kilograms.
