Mercedes revealed today the SLS AMG GT3 45th Anniversary customer race car, which is aimed at collectors everywhere. The Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 45th Anniversary is a limited edition version, which is going to be built by hand in only five units. DTM champion and AMG brand ambassador Bernd Schneider is going to get involved hands-on in their production process. The new 45th Anniversary Mercedes SLS GT3 comes with a unique designo magno graphite matt paint finish, and various logos. This new paint allows the carbon fiber to be seen at a close inspection. The doors, the bonnet, mudguards, boot lid, rear wings, front and rear apron, front splitter and rear diffuser of the SLS GT3 45th Anniversary are made from CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic).
At the interior, the Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 45th Anniversary features a special roll cage, a carbon dashboard and center console, six-point seat belts and a silver steering wheel spider. Various logos are scattered throughout the interior of the car too.
The Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 45th Anniversary's price is set at €446,250 EUR.
