The Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 racing debut took place last weekend at the 4-hour VLN Endurance Race on the Nurburgring. Unfortunately, the Mercedes SLS GT3 crashed during the race after an incident involving a Corvette driven by Christian Hohenadel. Driven by Bernd Schneider, who lost control, the Mercedes SLS GT3 went out of that race before it could show its muscles. The crash took place at the beginning of the race. The mechanics however, manage to put it back together and the Mercedes SLS GT3 finished the weekend on the 91st position.
