The new Mercedes AMG GT3 race car, which is based on the GT (the replacement of the SLS), had its world debut at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. This is by no means a road going vehicle. It was designed and built to comply with the FIA GT3 regulations. The Mercedes AMG GT3 comes with an aggressive looking wide body kit, new front and rear bumpers, a massive rear diffuser and a huge rear wing. There's also a vented hoot, and other aerodynamic aids. Its interior is all racing. It features a carbon fiber sport bucket seat, a special steering wheel, a roll cage, a data acquisition system and all the other racing gear you can think of. As you can imagine, Mercedes did not disclose the technical specifications of the AMG GT3. However, they did mention it is powered by an upgraded version of the 6.3-liter V8 engine, that was found in the SLS AMG GT3.

The Mercedes AMG GT3's price has not been disclosed, but Daimler says it will start delivering it towards the end of this year.
