This Mini Cooper S vs Ring MINI video was, of course, shot on the famous Nurburgring track in Germany. On the first round the start line aligns a Mini Cooper S and an old model mini, called the Ring MINI.
The Mini Cooper S has Sabine Schmitz at the wheel - you probably have seen her n a couple of episodes from Top Gear. Unfortunately she's not the winner in this rice since the Ring MINI absolutely smokes the Copper S right from the start. The driver of the Ring MINI even has enough time, after he finishes the race, to present Sabine to the checkered flag.
The Ring MINI is powered by a 1.8 liter
Honda engine that develops (we hope we did not get this wrong) 197 PS has a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 8.5 seconds.
Round 2, however, has at the starting line the same Ring MINI and a Porsche.
