The Mitsubishi ASX Black was revealed today in the UK. Yes, we know... It's yet another special edition with just a few extra bells and whistles, but it comes with carbon fiber. The ASX Black comes with a black leather interior and various carbon inserts scattered around the cabin. Too bad Mitsu forgot to release an image of the ASX Black's interior. Outside, Mitsubishi's ASX Black is equipped with black 17-inch alloys, roof, spoiler, mirrors, grille and fog lamp bezels. All these parts are included in the satin black styling kit.
The rest of the crossover will be available in several different colors, including blue, silver, black, grey and red.
In terms of engines, the Mitsubishi ASX Black will be sold with a 1.6 petrol (115bhp @ 6,000 rpm, 114lb.ft @ 4,000 rpm) mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. If you must have a diesel, then there's also the 1.8 DiD turbodiesel (147bhp @ 4,000 rpm, 221lb.ft @ 2,000-3,000 rpm) which comes with a 6-speed manual transmission.
The Mitsubishi ASX Black price is £1,000 GBP higher than the one of the ASX4, on which it's based on. The ASX Black goes on sale today.
