Motive Industries, a Canadian company, has announced that it will unveil the Motive Kestrel Cannabis electric car this September in Vancouver. The Motive Kestrel electric car is not actually built from Cannabis, but from a bio-composite material that is extracted from hemp. The hemp is in the same plant family as the Cannabis.
The Motive Kestrel electric car is a 4 passenger electric car built from bio-composite material hemp mats produced by Alberta Innovates Technology Futures. The Cannabis related material used to build the body panels of the Motive Kestrel electric car are impact resistant so the developers of the model also th0oguh about passenger safety.
