Nissan revealed the Sentra NISMO concept today at the 2013 LA Auto Show. The Nissan Sentra NISMO is powered by a 1.8-liter direct injection turbocharged engine that develops 240 hp and 240 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission and a limited slip diff. Apart from the supped up engine, the Nismo Sentra is also equipped with a new aerodynamic package that includes a more aggressive front spoiler with integrated LED DRLs and a wide grille, new side skirts, a distinctive rear apron with an integrated diffuser and a boot lid lip. The Sentra NISMO is finished in Bright Pearl White with a high-gloss carbon fiber pattern on the side mirror casings, front splitter and rear diffuser.

Sentra's Nismo tuned suspension comes with independent strut front and torsion beam rear configuration, as well as custom performance shocks and springs. Nissan's NISMO Sentra sits on 19-inch RAYS aluminum-alloy wheels, 225/35R19 Michelin Super Sport performance tires and red Brembo calipers.

For the interior of the Sentra NISMO, Nissan chose a leather and Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel, a matching shift knob and shifter lever, a satin carbon fiber finish on the instrument cluster, and various Dark Chrome trim parts.

We believe it's very likely that Nissan is going to put the Sentra Nismo into production in the near future.
