Opel launched today a special version of the Meriva monocab, called the Design Edition. We're not really sure why do they call it this way, but we have to admit, it does look kind of cool. Opel's Meriva Design Edition features a high-gloss black roof and tinted headlamps which come in contrast with the pearl white exterior paint job. Another interesting design feature of the new special edition Meriva are the 18-inch bi-color alloy wheels, which also manage to give the car a sportier image.
Other features of the Opel Meriva Design Edition include AFL adaptive lighting, fog lamps, deep tinted and thermally insulated rear windows. Opel will sell the Meriva Design Edition in quite a broad range of colors, including Casablanca
White, Magma Red, Technical Grey, Star Silver and Henna.
The equipment list of the new Meriva Design Edition includes a leather steering wheel, cruise control and the innovative FlexRail center console storage. It’s price starts at 19,570 Euros.
