Peugeot released today the details of the 508 RXH, which is an all-road version of the model, powered by a diesel-electric hybrid system. Unfortunately, Peugeot only released a low resolution image of the model. Peugeot's 508 RXH has a 2.0 l HDi FAP HYbrid4 drivetrain developing 147 kW (200 bhp) and 450 Nm of torque. The 508 RXH is equipped with an all-wheel-drive system and is capable of running in an electric only mode. Peugeot says that the 508 RXH will offer a fuel consumption of less than 4.2 l/100 km (more than 70.6 mpg) with a 109 g/km CO2 emission level.
The RXH version of the Peugeot 508 is wider than the regular model and has a higher ride. It comes with distinctive LED daytime running lights, and
distinctive colors and luxurious materials. The standard equipment list of the 508 RXH includes Open & Go system, electric front seats, head up display, 18" wheels, panoramic glass roof, dark-tinted acoustic laminated side windows, and the latest generation audio and satellite navigation unit.
Peugeot will announced the price of the 508 RXH at a later date.
