The Porsche 911 Speedster will be a new model in the company's line-up of retro influenced cars, that started a while back with the 911 Sport Classic.
The Porsche 911 Speedster will have a wider body, a low roof line and an overall distinctive design. According to our sources only 100 unit of the Porsche 911 Speedster will ever be built.
The Porsche 911 Speedster will be powered by a 3.8-litre flat 6-cylinder engine that will develop 402 hp and a yet unknown amount of torque. The top speed of the Porsche 911 Speedster is expected to revolve around the 190 mph mark and the new car will probably get from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. The new model will be equipped with a limited slip differential and will have rear-wheel-drive, obviously. The Porsche 911 Speedster price is not known yet, but expect to match the car's potential.
The leaked document was also talking about the Porsche 911 GTS, which seems to go on sale next year. The Porsche 911 GTS price also remains a dilemma. the power will come from a 3.8-litre engine developing 402 hp and the new model will be available both as a coupe and as an open-top roadster.
