One of Porsche's official website has leaked the first sketch of what appears to be the 2-door Porsche Panamera GT Coupe. The front of the vehicle in the sketch definitely hints at the Panamera and with the two-door layout it can only be the rumored Porsche Panamera GT Coupe. At this moment there are no other officially released details regarding the Porsche Panamera GT Coupe and the speculations are scarce.
The Porsche Panamera GT Coupe will probably be powered by the V6 and V8 engines in the current version of the sedan and will also have a Turbo version. The Porsche Panamera GT Coupe will be offered with rear-wheel-drive and the optional AWD and will be equipped with the company's new PDK gearbox.
As far as the exterior design goes, the front screams Panamera, but the rear end could be more 911 inspired. The Porsche Panamera GT Coupe will have wide wheel arches and will probably look more muscular than the current four-door sedan.
The new Porsche Panamera GT Coupe is expected to hit the market somewhere in 2012. Some sources even speculate the new model could also spawn a convertible version.
