The German tuner SKN has released it's newest performance package for the Porsche 997 Turbo. The SKN Porsche 997 Turbo package offers 3 stages. The SKN Porsche 997 Turbo stage 1 comes with an upgraded ECU and a sports air filter which bring up the power to 500 hp.
The stage 2 of the SKN Porsche 997 Turbo upgrade takes the power up to 740 Nm and 397 kW/540 hp and reduces the power to weight ratio to 2.94 kg per hp. This offers a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of 3.2 seconds.
The SKN Porsche 997 Turbo stage 3 includes an additional stainless steel exhaust system and two 3 in 1 tailpipes. This version develops 780 Nm and 416 kW/566 hp. The SKN Porsche 997 Turbo stage 3 has a power to weight ratio of 2.8 kg per hp which in turn gives a 0 to 100 km/h sprint of 3.1 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h.
