Stark Automotive have released their upgrade package for the Lotus Elise. The Stark Lotus Elise R is powered by the Honda K20 i-VTEC engine that has been tuned to take the sportscar from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds and to 100 mph in 9.5 seconds. The top speed of the Stark Lotus Elise R is 160 mph.
Although the visual modifications are not very obvious, the performance upgrades of the Stark Lotus Elise R are extensive. The engine is fitted with a DTA Fast S60 Pro ECU and a baffled sump. The K20 6 speed gearbox of the Stark Lotus Elise R comes with custom linkage and upgraded cables.
The Stark Lotus Elise R also comes with custom built hybrid driveshafts, silicone coolant hoses,
a stainless steel manifold and a 4” single tail pipe exhaust system.
The suspension system of the Stark Lotus Elise R has been upgraded also with Nitron Racing coilover shocks. The brakes are feature new aluminum belled, drilled and grooved discs with Pagid RS42 pads.
The Stark Lotus Elise R price is £26,800 on the road.
