Today we get yet another review of the Bentley Mulsanne, this time coming from the British journalists from Autocar. They tested the Mulsanne's build quality, comfort, handling and its general feel. However, they did manage find a few flaws. The Mulsanne is Bentley's 220,000 GBP luxury saloon, developed to grab some of BMW's Rolls Royce customers. It's powered by a mighty 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine, which is able to transfer up to 505 hp and 1020 Nm of torque to the car's wheels. Even though the Mulsanne weighs more than 2.5 tons, its engine is able to propel it from 0 to 62 mph (0-100 km/h) in just 5.1 seconds. Bentley's official figures say that the Mulsanne is capable of reaching a top speed of 184 mph (296 km/h).
What's interesting it that they did limit its maximum speed, as it happens with most cars these days.
