Video: Pagani Huayra Live

 »  »  »

This new video that surfaced the web recently, shows the new Pagani Huayra live for the first time. The clip was filmed at a fair in Italy and shows one of the final prototypes of the Huayra, Pagani PT4 (Prototype 4). Pagani's PT4 Huayra prototype is finished in matte silver and features a brown interior. The vid's description says that this particular Huayra will be used by Pagani for developing future special editions of the hypercar. We're not sure whether or not this Pagani Huayra was filmed before or after its world premiere at the Geneva auto show, but it's nice to see it in public for the first time.

The Pagani Huayra is replacing the Zonda in the company's model line-up, even though some special editions of the later will still be produced.

For the Huayra, Pagani is using a 6.0-liter V12 biturbo engine developed by Mercedes AMG that officially develops 700 hp and a mind blowing 1,000 Nm of torque. The 62 mph (100 km/h) mark comes in 3.3 seconds and the top speed of the Pagani Huayra is rated at 370 km/h.
