VW announced that the Volkswagen Scirocco is Top Gear 2008 Car Of The Year. A common man's exotic, as the British magazine top Gear names it, the Volkswagen Scirocco offers a choice between a 2.0-litre TSI engine developing 200 PS and a 2.0-litre TDI common rail diesel engine with 140 PS. The Volkswagen Scirocco price for the UK market starts at 18,790 pounds, which will get you the 1.4-litre TSI powered version with 160 PS.
