| The new generation Jaguar XKR-S meets the AC Cobra XCS Fusion in a rather interesting drag race. Here are their technical specifications. The Jaguar XKR-S convertible, which is priced at 103,430 GBP, is powered by a 5.0-liter V8 supercharged petrol engine that's good for 542 bhp between 6,000 rpm and 6,500 rpm and 501 -lb-ft of torque between 2,500 rpm and 5,500 rpm. The engine of the XKR-S is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission with steering wheel mounted paddle shifters. The Jag weighs 1,795 kg, which gives it a power-to-weight ratio of 306 bhp per ton. The XCS Fusion, which is an AC Cobra replica, is priced from "just" 85,000 GBP. The AC Cobra is powered by a slightly larger 6.2-liter supercharged V8 petrol engine that puts out 639 bhp and 500 lb-ft of torque. The Cobra weighs just 1,080 kg, which means it has a power-to-weight ratio of 590 bhp per ton. It also comes with a 6-speed manual transmission. | |||||||
