New Public Transportation Idea Uses Tram Rails and Pallets

Here is a new public transportation idea, which is both inexpensive and fun. This guy took a pallet, gave it four wheels and started riding it on Bratislava's tram rails. He rides his pallet just like you would ride a skateboard. We're not really sure what the authorities think about his idea, but we think it's pretty cool.
