1956 Ford F100 Snakebit

The 1956 Ford F100 Snakebit, which had its world debut at the 2013 SEMA show in Las Vegas, wants to pay tribute to the great Shelby Mustangs. In fact, it’s pretty obvious where its styling cues come from. The 1971 Ford Mustang, dubbed Eleanor, from the "Gone in 60 Seconds" movie is obviously the inspiration for this customized 1956 Ford F100. KISS bassist Gene Simmons and his wife, actress Shannon Tweed, unveiled the 1956 Ford F100 Snakebit at SEMA. The 1956 Ford F100 Snakebit, which we would like to call Eleanor, is powered by a 5.4-liter supercharged V8 engine that develops 550 hp. The truck is equipped with a bespoke sport exhaust system, a six-speed manual transmission and 18-inch front / 20-inch rear wheels.

In comparison to the standard 1956 Ford F100, the Snakebit has a 5-inch longer wheelbase, and a wider box featuring a billet machined floor that mimics wood. The Ford F100 Snakebit comes with a tonneau cover, and custom and sequential taillights.

At the interior, this Eleanor-inspired Ford F100 comes with metallic gray handmade panels, two-tone leather, a leather-wrapped dashboard, and custom knobs.

The 1956 Ford F100 Snakebit is going to be auctioned to help build a children's hospital in Saskatoon, Canada.
