This is the 780 horsepower Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500CR 900S, which is the creation of Classic Recreations, which is based in Yukon, Oklahoma. Apart from being a complete black beauty, it is also a beast. Classic Recreations equipped their Shelby GT 500CR 900S with a monster 7.0-liter (427 cubic inch) supercharged engine that develops 780 hp and an undisclosed amount of torque. The car is based on a Shelby GT500 from 1967, however it comes with a multi-link racing suspension, and a custom interior. Its creators say it also offers modern turn-key reliability. Even though it looks like the classic we all love, underneath, this Shelby GT 500CR 900S is full of modern technology. It features a fuel injection system, power rack and pinion steering, and powerful brakes.
Classic Recreations equipped their Shelby GT 500CR 900S with an F1-R intercooler, and a ProCharger supercharger.
At the interior, Classic Recreations' Shelby GT 500CR 900S features hand-stitched leather upholstery, new dials, an exquisite steering wheel, alloy pedals, a 200mph speedometer and sport bucket seats. There's also a state-of-the-art sound system.
The Shelby GT 500CR 900S sits on 17-inch wheels with wide ultra-high performance Nitto 555 tires.
