The latest generation 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee was recently reviewed by the journalists from Autocar, who also released a video of their test drive. For the purpose of this review, they chose the 3.0 CRD V6 Limited version of the 2011 Grand Cherokee, which outputs 177 kW (237bhp) at 4,000 rpm and 550 Nm (406 lb-ft) of torque between 1,800 rpm and 2,800 rpm. The engine of this version of the 2011 Grand Cherokee, which weighs 2272 kg, is mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission. Jeep claims that the 2011 Grand Cherokee is able to offer a fuel economy of up to 34 mpg in the combined cycle, with a 218 g/km CO2 emissions level.
The 2011 Grand Cherokee is not the fastest SUV that you can buy. It requires 8.2 seconds to get
from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) and has a top speed of 126 mph. The price of the 4x4 tested is 36,795 GBP.
