GeigerCars revealed today a supercharged version of the new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT V8. The GeigerCars Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Supercharged is powered by the 6.4-liter HEMI V8 engine which has received a 2.9-liter supercharger, an intercooler, upgraded pistons, a reprogrammed ECU, and a larger oil cooler. As a result, the new supercharged GeigerCars Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT develops 718 hp and 776 Nm of torque. Thanks to the new supercharger package, the GeigerCars Grand Cherokee is able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.9 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 295 km/h. Apart from the power pack, the GeigerCars Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Supercharged is also equipped with a set sport springs (1,250 euros) that lower the 4x4's ride height, anti-roll bars (650 euros) and a set of 22-inch alloys (5,490 euros).
The GeigerCars Grand Cherokee is covered in a special foil wrap (2,900 euros) and it features tinted windows and various other styling modifications. The complete aftermarket program for the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from GeigerCars will set you back 23,900 euros, on top of the 66,900 euros, which is the price of the base SUV.
The GeigerCars Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Supercharged comes equipped with the standard 8-speed automatic transmission, the Quadra-Trac active on-demand 4WD system, Selec-Trac assistance system and adaptive damper control. Its equipment list also includes a panoramic glass roof, two-zone climate control, high-quality leather seats, heated leather sports steering wheel with integrated controls for the audio system and trip computer, and a Harman Kardon 7.3 surround system.
