BMW revealed this weekend a range of new models, among which there's also the new 2013 3 Series Touring (or Sports Wagon in the USA). Apart from the amazing new exterior and interior design, the new BMW 3 Series Touring (2013) also offers increased interior space, more efficient engines and updated equipment. The new 3 Series Touring (2013) is 97-mm longer than its predecessor and has a 50-mm longer wheelbase. This means that its cargo capacity has been increased by 35 liters for a total of 495 liters. BMW says that this is more than its rivals can offer. The 2013 3 Series Touring comes with a 40:20:40 split/folding rear bench, an automatic tailgate with separate rear window opening. BMW's new 3 Series Touring (2013) offers a low loading sill (62 cm tall) with a protective stainless steel strip.

The 2013 BMW 3 Series Touring also comes with various optional storing accessories, which include an adaptive attachment system with variable plug-in elements. Optional extras also include a hands-free tailgate opening function, and an electrically pivoting trailer coupling.

The 2013 3 Series Touring will be offered in three versions: BMW 328i (245 hp / 350 Nm), BMW 320d (184 hp / 380 Nm) and BMW 330d (258 hp / 560 Nm). There will be several optional packages for the new station wagon, which include the Modern Line, the Luxury Line, the Sport Line and the M Sport package.



One party trick offered by the new BMW 3 Series Touring (2013) in an optional full-color Head-Up Display. The Auto Start-Stop function and the ECO PRO mode are available for all versions, helping improve their fuel efficiency. Talking about efficiency, here are the figures: 328i offers 41.5 mpg and 159 g/km CO2, the 320d is rated with 60.1 mpg and 124 g/km CO2, and the 330d promises 55.4 mpg and 135 g/km CO2.

The entry level 328i will cost you at least £30,400 OTR, the 320d will make you pay £29,380 OTR and the top of the range 330d version will help you spend at least £34,700.
