Various sources are reporting today that the future generation 2013 Skoda Octavia might see the light of day sometime this November. So far, Skoda did not release any official information regarding the 2013 Octavia, however, there's a strong indication that it might borrow the design of the Mission L concept (images). The 2013 Skoda Octavia will measure around 4.8 m in length and it will be available with a broad range of engines and equipment. TSI and TDI units will both be available, as well as very efficient Greenline versions. Skoda's 2013 Octavia will be sold with a Start/Stop function as well as the ACT system, which deactivates some of the engine's cylinders, when the extra power is not required.

The 2013 Octavia will probably go on sale sometime next year, as its public debut is expected to take place at next year's Geneva auto show. These are just speculations at the moment, which have not been confirmed by the carmaker.
