OFFICIAL: Skoda shows the face of its future model with the new VisionD concept. At Volkswagen Group's press event last night in Geneva, Skoda has revealed the VisionD design study which shows the basic lines which will influence all of the brand's future vehicles. Apart from the new VisionD, Skoda also showed there the company's new logo, which is meant to inspire freshness and precision.
The Skoda VisionD shows a more up-to-date approach to vehicle design, with a long wheelbase and short overhangs, a dynamic roof line and a fluent integration of the tailgate underscores.
Although we find the VisionD's design pretty appealing, we thing Skoda could have released
some higher quality renderings then the ones they did. All and all, the Skoda VisionD shows a much more refined esthetic taste in comparison to the brand's current models, which could even bring its products a more premium segment of the market.
