Skoda released today a new set of images of the VisionD concept, which they unveiled during the 2011 Geneva auto show. The Czech carmaker also confirmed today that the Skoda VisionD previews the design direction of future model. By "future models" they probably mean the next generation of the Octavia, or possibly, its successor. Unfortunately, Skoda did not release any additional details regarding the VisionD concept.
Skoda's VisionD has modern styling and its long wheelbase and short overhangs promise lots of interior space and good maneuverability. In case the VisionD will become the new Octavia, it will probably be available with a front-wheel-drive system, and both petrol and diesel engines.
