Skoda announced today the price of the new 2013 Octavia GreenLine for the UK market, where the frugal sedan has just went on sale. The Skoda Octavia GreenLine is powered by a 1.6 TDI turbodiesel engine that develops 110PS (81 kW). Skoda claims that the Octavia GreenLine is able to offer a combined fuel economy of 88.3 mpg and a CO2 emissions level of just 85g/km. This offers the Skoda Octavia GreenLine a BiK rating of 13% for 2014 and VED Band A status. The equipment list of the Octavia GreenLine includes 16-inch Velorum alloy wheels, low rolling resistance tires, a Start-Stop system and a braking energy recovery system. Skoda also equips the Octavia GreenLine with cornering front fog lights as standard, various badges and a special logo on the gear stick.
