The first images of the new 2014 Mercedes E Class facelift leaked over the web, offering a first view of the new four-door sedan and estate versions of the model. Unfortunately, there are no official details to go with the images yet. Some speculations say that the facelifted Mercedes E Class (2014) is going to be available with a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine developing 156. Mercedes will also sell the 2014 E Class (sedan and station wagon) with its traditional engines. These include a 3.5-liter V6 developing 333 hp, and a turbocharged 4.8-liter V8 with 435 hp. The 2014 Mercedes E63 AMG is going to be powered by the 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that good for around 540 hp.
As far as the exterior design goes, the facelifted Mercedes E Class (2014) comes with new headlights, a modified front grille and bumper and re-styled tail lights. The new 2014 E Class has pretty much the same interior design as its predecessor, with a few minor changes that include a re-styled steering wheel and new dials.
