Porsche revealed at the end of last week the details and photos of the new generation 2014 Panamera Turbo S, which is going to have its world debut at the 2013 Tokyo Auto Show. The 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo S is powered by the same 4.8-liter twin-turbo V8 engine as the Panamera Turbo, but it comes with 50 extra horsepowers. This means it has an output of 570 hp and 553 lb.-ft. of torque between 2,250 and 5,000 rpm. With overboost, the new 2014 Panamera Turbo S develops 590 lb.-ft. The extra power of the new Porsche Panamera Turbo S (2014) comes from two new turbos, higher injection pressure (140 bar), new pistons and specially coated piston rings. The new Panamera Turbo S (2014) comes with an optional sport exhaust system and the Sport Chrono package, which is standard.

The top of the range 2014 Panamera Turbo S is able to accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 192 mph (309 km/h).

The distinctive visual features of the 2014 Panamera Turbo S include the 20-inch 911 Turbo II wheels, the new Palladium Metallic exterior finish, and the four-way rear spoiler. The equipment list of the new Panamera Turbo S includes the Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC), the Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus) system, an electronically controlled rear-axle differential lock, Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), the Active Suspension Management (PASM) adaptive damper control and adaptive air suspension.
