The first images of the new Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster leaked over the web, ahead of the model's official premiere, which is scheduled for later this week. Unfortunately, there are no official details available yet, however, there are a few rumors. Apparently, Aston's V12 Vantage Roadster is going to be available in 101 units only, each priced at around £150,000. We can safely assume that the roadster V12 Vantage is powered by the same engine as the coupe. This means it has a 6.0-litre V12 unit, which outputs 510 bhp (380 kW / 517 PS), and 570 Nm (420 lb ft) of torque. We can expect the roadster to be a bit heavier than the coupe. This means that the Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster will be able to get from nought to 62 mph in a little over 4.2 seconds.
It will probably reach a top speed of around 190 mph (300 km/h).
The V12 Vantage Roadster comes with a fabric soft top and a lot of carbon fiber. The front and rear aprons, the grills on the hood as well as other parts all seem to be made from carbon. The interior of the roadster follows the same styling path.
