Audi A6 Avant Interior Upgrades by Carlex

Carlex Design revealed today a range of extensive interior upgrades for the new generation 2015 Audi A6 Avant. In fact, not much is left of Audi's original interior of the A6 Avant. For starters, Carlex completely replaced the A6 Avant's upholstery. Apart from the new design, Carlex used various Nappa leather hives, which they selected from Bentley's catalog. The upholstery has a distinctive, honeycomb-like pattern. Apparently, stitching the leather this way is not as easy as it might look. Carlex also covered various trim parts with leather. These include the dashboard, the center console, the steering wheel, the door panels and parts of the central tunnel. As for colors, they chose a black and brown combination, which for some, could look like a steampunk theme.

Carlex used the steampunk theme before on such amazing looking interiors such as the one of this Mini Countryman.

As you can imagine, Carlex did not disclose the price of their new interior of the Audi A6 Avant.
