Some lucky spy photographer got the chance to be close to one of the locations where the Iron Man 2 is filmed and managed to shoot some images of the Audi R8 V10 Spider out in the open and wearing no camouflage at all. The Audi R8 V10 Spider will most probably have the same 525hp 5.2-litre V10 engine from the coupe developing 530Nm of torque. The performance figures of the Audi R8 V10 Spider might be, however, a little less impressive than the ones of the coupe because the car could be heavier. The Audi R8 V10 Spider could go from 0 to 100 km/h in around 4.0 seconds.
As far as the styling goes, the Audi R8 V10 Spider keeps the same line, apart from the roof of course, as the coupe version. Some of the cues include LED lights, larger exhaust and a chromed grill.
Hopefully, we'll see the Audi R8 V10 Spider in the "flesh" at the next Frankfurt Auto Show.
