WCF managed to get their hands on a set of spy photos showing a partially camouflaged BMW 1 Series Coupe that looks a bit out of the ordinary. The BMW 1 Series Coupe spied has wider rear wheel arches, carbon ceramic brakes on the rear axle (and probably on the front one too) and a carbon fiber roof. The spied BMW 1 Series Coupe is also fitted with 19 inch rims and Michelin high performance tires. WCF considers this to be a BMW 1 Series Coupe xDrive prototype but we believe it's a BMW 1 Series Coupe M car. Also taking into account the fact that the photos were taken on a road that goes to BMW's M division.
The company’s officials have stated they will not build a BMW 1 Series Coupe M car, but they did build the high performance tii version that toured the recent auto shows.
We'll have more details on the BMW 1 Series Coupe M car when the German manufacturer releases them.
