General Motors revealed today the facelifted Buick Enclave (2013), which is set to have its public unveiled at the 2013 New York Auto Show this week. The 2013 Buick Enclave comes with a revised interior and exterior design, innovative technologies, and revised a revised engine. The 3.6-liter V6 engine of the new 2013 Enclave develops 288 hp / 215 kW at 6,300 rpm and 270 lb-ft / 366 Nm of torque at 3,400 rpm. Buick will sell the new Enclave (2013) with a Hydra-Matic 6T75 6-speed automatic transmission and with a choice between an AWD or an FWD system. The all-wheel-drive version of the 2013 Buick Enclave is rated with a 16 mpg / 22 mpg fuel economy in the city / highway, while the FWD model is rated with 17 mpg / 24 mpg respectively.
In terms of extyerior design, the Buick's 2013 Enclave featrures re-desgined headlights with integrated LED DRLs, LED fog lamps, a new front grille and a more aggressive front bumper. The rear of the 2013 Enclave shows some modificatiosn too. The LED taillights show new lines, while the apron integrates the exhaust tailpipes.
For the interior of the 2013 Enclave, Buick is offering blue LED ambient lighting, power adjustable seats for the driver and the front passenger, soft touch materials and wood stuling accents.
The new Enclave comes with an IntelliLink LCD display, a tri-zone climate system, capacitive touch controls and an optional navigation system.
The 2013 Buick Enclave comes with three rows of seats, the second one featuring the SmartSlide system, which allows easy access to the third one. The new Enclave 2013 is very generous when it comes with cargo space. There is 23.3 cubic feet (660 liters) of luggage space, which can be increased to 115.2 cubic feet (3,263 liters) by folding the seats.
The new Buick Enclave (2013) comes with an industry first in terms of safety - front center air bag. The StabiliTrak, traction control, panic brake assist, rear-vision camera system and seven total air bags are all offered with the new Enclave (2013).
