GM announced today that a concept of the future 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe will be premiered at the Detroit auto show. the company also announced that the 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe will enter the production line in the summer of the 2010.

The 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe will probably be powered by the same 6.2-litre V8 engine as the sedan and will output 564 ps and 747 Nm of torque. The top speed of the 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe will be over 190 mph and the new model will be able to reach 60 mph from a stand still in less than 4 seconds.

The premiere of the 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe will take place on January 12 at the 2010 NAIAS. The 2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe price will be announced closer to the on sale date of the new model.

Cadillac will premiere a new concept car at the 2010 North American International Auto Show in Detroit on January 12, the latest in its series of dynamic designs. This latest concept advances the brand's Art & Science philosophy that has included a series of acclaimed concept cars in recent years, such as the Cadillac Sixteen, CTS Coupe Concept and Converj. The 2011 CTS-V Coupe will make its world premiere in Detroit as well, and will enter into production in the summer of 2010.
