GM announced today the 2016 Cadillac CTS-V's price list, as the new high-performance sedan prepares to go on sale towards the end of this summer. As you know, the new generation Cadillac CTS-V (2016) is powered by a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine that puts out 640 hp and 855 Nm of torque. With this powertrain, the 2016 CTS-V is able to accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds. It can reach a top speed of 200 mph. The 2016 Cadillac CTS-V's price list starts at $83,995. This is the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) and it excludes the $995 destination fee, tax, title, license, dealer fees and optional equipment. Even so, the 2016 Cadillac CTS-V's base price is around $10,000 lower than the one of its main rivals, the BMW M5 and the Mercedes E63 AMG.

The equipment list of the new Cadillac CTS-V (2016) includes the third-generation Magnetic Ride Control, a carbon fiber hood, Brembo brakes, 19-inch alloys, Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires and a range of other goodies.
