Ferrari Ineo Concept

 »  »  »

The Ferrari Ineo Concept is Victor Uribe Chacon entry into the Ferrari World Design contest. The Ineo envisions a Ferrari for the year 2025. The Ferrari Ineo comes with a carbon fiber monocoque chassis, a Plexiglas cover and active aerodynamics. The Ferrari Ineo comes with a hybrid powertrain that includes a V8 engine with a KERS system in the middle. These two drive the rear wheels. There are also two electric motors in each of the front wheels. The electric motors are used at low speeds. The Ineo comes with magnetic brakes, and a suspension that tilts, much like in motorbikes, when the supercar is cornering. From what we understand, the Ferrari Ineo has a 1+1 seating configuration. The passenger is just along for the ride.

Everything inside the cockpit of the Ferrari Ineo is centered on the driver. The Ineo has no traditional dashboard. Instead, the driver gets the information and navigation data much like in a video game. The Ineo even has a small storage space behind the driver's seat. We'll have more details about the Ferrari Ineo as soon as Victor makes them available.
