Ford unveiled yesterday the Ford Fusion Hybrid pace car for the Ford 400, the NASCAR Sprint Cup season finale and the final race of Ford Championship Weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway that will take place on Sunday. The Ford Fusion Hybrid pace car will be the first hybrid one to used for a NASCAR Sprint Cup event.
The Ford Fusion Hybrid pace car, alongside the Fusion Sport will be unveiled at the LA Auto Show and will wear NASCAR-inspired camouflage paint schemes.
Ford claims that the Ford Fusion Hybrid will beat the mileage of the Toyota Camry Hybrid by at least 5 mpg, which means it will have a 700 miles range in the city.
