Hennessey has released their performance upgrade package for the Corvette ZR1, called the Hennessey ZR700. As the name implies the Hennessey ZR700 Corvette ZR1 is powered by the 6.2-liter V8 supercharged engine that has been tuned to output 755 hp at 6,600 rpm and 730 lb-ft Torque at 4,000 rpm. The tuner says the Hennessey ZR700 Corvette ZR1 is able to get from 0 to 60 mph in 2.9 seconds and to 150 mph in 13.1 seconds. The car runs a quarter mile in 10.7 seconds at 139 mph and has an estimated top speed of 210 mph.
The Hennessey ZR700 Corvette ZR1 upgrade package includes a new supercharger pulley, a K&N air filter, stainless steel headers, high flow catalytic converters with mid pipes, high flow cylinder heads, a camshaft upgrade and an intercooler system upgrade. The Hennessey ZR700 Corvette ZR1 also has a re-programmed ECU.
