The aftermarket specialists from Kicherer have built one mean looking Mercedes SLS AMG, and then strapped a supercharger to its engine. The Kicherer Mercedes SLS AMG Supercharged GT develops 700 hp and 840 Nm of torque, which is enough for a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) acceleration time of 3.4 seconds and a top speed of more than 300 km/h. Kicherer's body kit for the Mercedes SLS is made entirely put of carbon fiber and it includes a hand-crafted front grille, which is inspired by the 300 SL Carrera Panamericana, from 1952. The kit also includes a front spoiler lip, a rear diffuser, a new bonnet and bespoke fins for the front fenders. The exterior of Kicherer's supercharged SLS is finished in matte black.
Kicherer's supercharger was developed in-house and it requires just minor modifications to the engine. Its pressure is displayed in digital or analogue form on the tachometer. If you require additional telemetry data, Kicherer has developed a special app for your smartphone that can provide it.
The Kicherer Mercedes SLS AMG Supercharged GT is also fitted with a bespoke stainless-steel sports exhaust system, 20-inch front and 21-inch rear alloys, and a coilover suspension, which lower or rise the ride height by 30 mm.
Kicherer did not disclose the price of these modifications for the Mercedes SLS AMG.
