The German aftermarket specialists from MEC Design revealed today their customization program for the Mercedes SLS AMG. The MEC Design Mercedes SLS AMG program includes various aerodynamic and styling parts, leaving the performance of the Gullwing at the factory level. MEC Design's body kit for the Mercedes SLS AMG includes a new front bumper, that's available in one or two pieces, pieces with attachment spoilers and optional LED daytime running lights. MEC Design can provide those in carbon fiber too. For the rear of the Mercedes SLS AMG, MEC Design offers a choice between three different designs for the diffuser, together with a rear spoiler, a two-part window spoiler and a roof hatch. The car also features new side skirts.
The MEC Design Mercedes SLS AMG sits on 10.5x20 inch rims with 265/30ZR20 tires on the front and 11.5x21 inch wheels with 295/25ZR21 on the rear axle. MEC Design's SLS AMG has a special system that's able to lift the nose of the car by 30 mm at a push of a button. This is especially useful when going over speed bumps. The car can also be lowered by up to 70 mm.
For a more distinctive 'soundtrack', MEC Design equips the Mercedes SLS AMG with a new sport exhaust system, featuring four tail pipes.
