The tuning house from MR Car Design has launched today the Winter Edition upgrade program for the Volkswagen Touran. The MR Car Design Volkswagen Touran Winter Edition is powered by the 2.0 TDI diesel engine that has been modified and now outputs 223 hp and 457 Nm of torque. They manage to squeeze the extra juice from the MR Car Design Volkswagen Touran Winter Edition's engine with the help of a re-mapped ECU and the addition of a sport exhaust system. The tuner claims the MR Car Design Volkswagen Touran can reach similar performance levels as the VW Golf V GTI.
The MR Car Design Volkswagen Touran sits on 19 inch wheels and has been equipped with a KW coilover suspension system that reduces the ride height by as much as 80 mm.
The stopping power of the MR Car Design Volkswagen Touran has been improved with the help of a new braking system with Stoptech 4-piston fixed calipers and 355x32mm brake discs.
